Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person and virtual customer support during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using our modern POS system while maintaining security protocols
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays to enhance customer experience
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation during low-traffic evening periods
- Collaborate with weekend teams to ensure seamless store operations and service continuity
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
- Participate in evening team huddles for operational alignment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years customer service experience
- Availability for 3-4 evening shifts weekly (including weekends)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and digital tools
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for all scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
