Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions during evening hours
- Manage reservation systems and ensure accurate booking details for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy

- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Assist with venue preparation and closing procedures post-evening shift
Qualifications
