Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage reservation systems and ensure accurate booking details
- Process payments and maintain financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Assist with event setup and special occasion preparations
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
