Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently using our POS system
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to senior staff
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Maintain accurate transaction records and inventory documentation
- Uphold brand standards and store presentation during evening shifts
- Assist with merchandising and stock replenishment as needed
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
