Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person during evening hours
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage inventory and stock shelves during overnight prep
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with evening shift team to maintain store standards
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation
- Complete end-of-day reconciliation and reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability for flexible evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
