Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service during evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Maintain clean, organized store appearance and safety standards
- Collaborate with evening team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Participate in brief evening shift handovers for operational continuity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Evening availability (minimum 3 shifts weekly, 4 PM - 10 PM)
- Basic cash handling and POS system experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to Mesa location
