Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining store appearance
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth evening operations
- Adhere to safety guidelines and store policies during all shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn new systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Availability for 3-4 evening shifts weekly (Monday-Friday)
