Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor throughout the shift.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, hours, and store policies.
- Restock inventory and organize merchandise displays to meet company standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any minor issues professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work Evenings and Weekends.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate merchandise (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Reliable transportation is recommended.
