Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.

- Collaborate with team leads to improve service metrics.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications

- Must have reliable transportation to our San Diego office.
