- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
