Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Merchandising: Help maintain the visual appeal of the store by organizing shelves, restocking inventory, and ensuring product displays are clean and organized.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the evening shift team to coordinate tasks and achieve daily sales goals.
- Store Operations: Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse clientele.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
