Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products or services to meet team targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
