- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges with a focus on problem-solving and courtesy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the management team.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium boxes.
