Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Stock shelves and display products according to company standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions with integrity and ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the end of the shift.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
