Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding in-person customer service with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and escalate complex issues to store management
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence

Qualifications

- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to various Los Angeles locations
- Flexible availability Monday-Sunday evenings (4-9 PM)

- Must be 18+ with legal authorization to work in the US
