Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, product, and service issues using CRM systems
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately while maintaining records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer handoffs
- Meet daily performance metrics including call quality and resolution times
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services ethically
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- 0-2 years of customer service or retail experience preferred
