Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to evening shoppers and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations during transition periods.
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising displays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends consistently.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
