Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they arrive, providing a warm and professional first impression.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Collaborate with the evening shift team to maintain store operations during peak hours.
- Handle cash deposits and reconcile daily sales reports with integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; candidates currently pursuing a degree are Students Welcome.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse groups.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn POS systems quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
