Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, answering inquiries regarding products and services.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and check payments while ensuring all balances are correct.
- Maintain the sales floor, ensuring products are stocked, organized, and displayed attractively.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a smooth handover of operations.
- Assist with store security and safety procedures during your shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
