- Resolve billing issues, account questions, and service concerns using CRM systems
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accuracy standards
- Document interactions in customer databases with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with day teams to ensure seamless customer experience transitions
- Meet/exceed quality metrics for call resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain service excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged
- 6+ months customer service or retail experience preferred

- Proficiency with Windows OS and basic office software
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced evening environments
- Reliable transportation and consistent evening availability (Mon-Fri 4PM-10PM)
