Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to residential and commercial clients within the Los Angeles metro area.
- Adhere to strict time schedules and maintain a clean, professional appearance while on the road.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle package handling with care to ensure zero damage.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks before and after routes.
- Accurately log delivery information into the mobile tracking system.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delays or issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 5 years).
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Reliable smartphone capable of running our tracking apps.
- Ability to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM) and weekends as needed.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and route calculations.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
