Responsibilities
- Deal cards accurately and efficiently for assigned table games (Blackjack, Poker, Roulette)
- Manage game flow, bets, and payouts while maintaining strict adherence to casino protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, resolving inquiries professionally
- Monitor player behavior and report suspicious activities to security
- Maintain clean and organized gaming tables with proper chip/cash handling
- Collaborate with floor supervisors to ensure seamless table operations
- Participate in ongoing training for new games and regulatory updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old (Nevada gaming license requirement)
- Previous casino dealing experience preferred but not required
- Strong mathematical aptitude and cash handling skills
