Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and addressing inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.

- Handle cash transactions with strict adherence to company security and accuracy protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail software is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
