Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping journey.
- Assist with restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and security checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we train enthusiastic candidates.
- Must be available to work evenings (3:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
