Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and ensure the sales floor is clean and visually appealing.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the evening team to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse customer groups.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; passion for customer service is a must.
