Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor during evening shifts.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and visual merchandising.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
- Manage cash drawers and ensure all financial procedures are followed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Francisco location.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred.
