Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers and visitors with a professional, modern demeanor.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital records using CRM software.
- Support the technical team with basic troubleshooting and software navigation.

- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on satisfaction.
