Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process payments and returns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Stock shelves and display areas with products to ensure inventory levels are sufficient.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict attention to detail and accountability.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
- Monitor product quality and report any damages or defects to management.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior professional experience required; a positive attitude is a must.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with using handheld devices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Orlando location.
