Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, locating items, and processing transactions.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy.
