Responsibilities
- Delight customers with friendly, efficient service and product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Maintain store appearance through organized stock displays and cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and markdowns
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and operational targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all shifts
- Support store opening/closing procedures as assigned
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided!
- Must be available for evening (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekend shifts
- Strong communication skills and a positive, approachable attitude
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to/from work location
- Team player with proactive problem-solving mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
