Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the evening shift team to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Uphold company policies, safety standards, and visual merchandising directives at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or currently enrolled in college.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
