Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide product assistance using expert knowledge
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the POS terminal
- Organize and maintain visually appealing store displays and merchandise
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the store
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (3 PM - 11 PM) including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent (students currently enrolled welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte location
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new processes
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
