- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service during evening hours
- Process transactions accurately and maintain clean checkout areas
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise for optimal customer access
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation procedures
- Operate POS systems and handle cash payments securely
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store standards
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Flexible availability Monday-Sunday evenings (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable transportation to Riverfront Plaza location
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
