Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide product recommendations.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards during the evening shift.
- Ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and safe for all customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the evening management team to meet daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
