Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently during peak hours.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
- Handle cash transactions with high accuracy and reconcile daily deposits.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain store standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
