Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 9 PM)
- Assist with community outreach programs and event coordination
- Manage inventory and maintain organized workspaces
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support team members with daily operational tasks
- Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols

Qualifications
- Must be available 20-25 hours per week during evening shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Reliable transportation to our Pioneer Avenue location
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
