Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Restock merchandise and ensure shelves are organized, clean, and fully stocked throughout the evening shift.
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems accurately, handling cash and card transactions.
- Monitor the sales floor for safety hazards, broken displays, or inventory discrepancies.
- Assist in closing procedures, including locking doors, setting alarms, and preparing the store for the next day.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
