Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and floor organization during evening hours.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising displays.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless operations and information transfer.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and welcoming for all customers.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling experience.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes.
