Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a positive and professional attitude.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, hours, and store policies.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves during slow periods.
- Resolve minor customer issues and escalate complex matters to the manager.
Qualifications
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Colorado Springs location.
- Basic math skills for transaction processing.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
