Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases during evening hours.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions, handle cash, and manage returns.
- Stock shelves and display areas, ensuring products are organized, priced, and presented attractively.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment, including regular cleaning of aisles and fitting rooms.
- Assist in closing procedures, including checking registers, securing the store, and setting alarms.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues calmly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium weight items (up to 15kg).
