Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily store functions during evening hours, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring 100% compliance with company policies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise a diverse team of associates, fostering a positive, high-energy environment that drives productivity and morale.
- Customer Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for evening customers, resolving inquiries and ensuring every interaction reflects our premium brand standards.

- Financial Accountability: Manage cash registers and daily sales reports with precision, ensuring financial targets are met.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management, supervisory roles, or customer service leadership.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work evenings, nights, and weekends on a rotating schedule.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead and instruct a team effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using POS systems, inventory software, and basic computer applications.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and maneuver around the sales floor.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Management preferred.
