Responsibilities
- Customer Excellence: Provide outstanding service to customers during evening shifts, ensuring all inquiries are resolved with a positive attitude.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily store operations, inventory checks, and closing procedures to ensure a smooth and safe environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with evening staff and morning shifts to maintain continuity and high standards of service.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns and operational issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain the visual appeal of the store, ensuring displays are organized and inviting for evening foot traffic.
- Cash Handling: Perform accurate cash register operations and end-of-shift reconciliations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
