Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment and inventory systems during night shifts
- Process and package shipments with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment following safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational targets
- Perform quality checks on outgoing products
- Document daily operations using digital tracking systems
- Respond promptly to supervisor instructions and workflow adjustments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university program
- Flexible availability for evening and overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation to our Wichita facility
