Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone during off-peak hours.
- Execute quality assurance checks and data entry tasks with high precision.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure stock levels are sufficient for the following shift.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational handovers.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex queries to senior staff.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and facility regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States of America.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
