Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests with professional courtesy
- Manage reservation systems and waitlist efficiently
- Assist with basic venue maintenance and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Process payments and manage POS transactions accurately
- Contribute to a positive team culture during peak evening hours
Qualifications
- Enrolled in high school, college, or university (students encouraged)
- Zero prior experience required – we train you!
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM, weekends included)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Must be 18+ years of age
