Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during evening check-ins and check-outs
- Manage concierge services for dining and entertainment recommendations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Assist with event setup and guest inquiries during evening functions
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain pristine lobby and common areas throughout evening shift
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings (4 PM - 12 PM) with flexible weekend availability
