- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with grace and diplomacy
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials
- Support opening/closing procedures and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year food service or customer experience role
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Positive attitude and teamwork orientation
