- Check-in/out guests with precision and hospitality
- Manage reservation systems and room assignments
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Prepare nightly reports and occupancy summaries
- Uphold resort safety and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Flexible availability for weekends and holidays
- Valid Colorado driver's license (if driving shuttle)
