Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist guests with check-in/out processes
- Manage reservations and provide local area recommendations
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams
- Maintain a pristine lobby and common areas
- Process mail/packages and manage inventory
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings (5 PM - 1 AM) and weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Florida driver's license (for errands)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
