Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Handle reservation inquiries and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Ensure lobby areas remain immaculate and welcoming
- Assist with special event support and VIP guest services
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work evenings (3 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
